Henry Kuo, Managing Director & CEO of Taking Care Mobile Massage, is responsible for delivering the strategic direction and vision of the organisation. With extensive experience across the aged care and allied health sectors, Henry has successfully led clinical services in residential aged care, community and private clinic settings.

Henry has built a reputation for driving organisational excellence through strong leadership, positive workplace culture, quality clinical governance and meaningful partnerships. His passion lies in creating safe, sustainable healthcare services that improve outcomes for both practitioners and clients.

Luke Atsiaris, Clinical Services Manager, brings extensive experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, educator and Registered Training Organisation trainer. Holding a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Luke combines practical clinical expertise with a passion for education.

Luke leads clinical governance, quality and safety, while developing systems that support therapists to deliver confident, evidence-informed care. Together, Henry and Luke continue to shape Taking Care Mobile Massage as an industry leader committed to exceptional standards of clinical practice.

Luke Troiani is the Head Clinician and Co-Director of Avia Performance. Since opening his first clinic in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy), Luke has continually expanded his expertise, later completing a Master of Applied Science (Acupuncture).

His unique integration of Western and Eastern healthcare philosophies has transformed the way Avia Performance approaches rehabilitation and performance. Luke is passionate about helping clients return to the activities they love while mentoring and educating the next generation of therapists.

Vinay Srinivasan is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Avia Performance. With a strong passion for athletic development and injury rehabilitation, Vinay works alongside Luke to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programs for clients ranging from the general population through to competitive athletes.

His clinical interests include pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, chronic back pain, hip impingement and shoulder injuries. Vinay is committed to helping people move confidently, reduce pain and improve performance through evidence-informed rehabilitation and strength training.

Lisa Huynh is a Myotherapist with a passion for rehabilitation, performance and helping people move with confidence. Drawing on her background in powerlifting and experience working within high-performance sporting environments, she combines hands-on treatment with education and strength-based rehabilitation to help clients achieve lasting results.

Lisa is committed to empowering her clients through practical strategies that improve movement, reduce pain and support long-term physical wellbeing. Her treatment approach blends clinical reasoning with evidence-informed care to help individuals return to doing what they love.

Outside the clinic, Lisa is a proud cat mum, passionate home cook and self-confessed foodie who believes movement, great food and balance are essential ingredients for a healthy and fulfilling life.

Lisa Randall is a highly experienced therapist, trainer and business leader specialising in massage, bodywork, yoga, fitness, dermal therapies and nutrition. Following a successful 30-year career in Public Relations and Marketing across Australia and the USA, she transitioned into the wellness industry in 2010 and went on to establish an award-winning day spa.

A qualified Trainer and Assessor, Lisa currently delivers Certificate III, Certificate IV and Diploma qualifications through Registered Training Organisations in Brisbane. She is passionate about raising professional standards through quality education and mentoring the next generation of therapists.

As a serving Board Member of the Massage Association of Australia, Lisa is dedicated to supporting practitioners in developing both their clinical expertise and business capability. Her focus is on creating programs and policies that help members deliver world-class treatments while building sustainable, successful businesses.

Lisa holds a Master of Arts (Communication), a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Marketing, a Diploma of Remedial Massage, a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Certificate III in Business, 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with numerous additional qualifications. Outside of work she enjoys teaching hot yoga, spending time with family and pets, and travelling to culturally rich destinations around the world.

Susan Butcher & Eryn Price

Lymphatic Education Specialists

Susan Butcher is a qualified Lymphoedema Therapist with a background in Remedial Massage and more than 25 years of clinical experience. She has dedicated her career to supporting patients with breast, chest and lower limb oedema, as well as autoimmune conditions.

Guided by years of clinical practice and emerging research, Susan recognised the need to adapt traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques to better address fibrosis and scar tissue. Her innovative treatment approach is now taught through education programs and has been embraced by practitioners throughout Australia.

Susan is passionate about sharing the clinical reasoning behind her techniques and helping therapists build the confidence to deliver safe, effective and evidence-informed lymphatic care.


Eryn Price, RMT, has been a professional healer for nearly 25 years and an educator for more than a decade. She is committed to creating safe, ethical resources for people preparing for and recovering from breast and chest surgery, including those undergoing treatment for breast cancer, gender affirmation procedures and elective breast surgery.

In 2021, Eryn founded The Mastectomy Guide, which now delivers globally accredited education programs to massage therapists around the world. Through this work, she is building a growing network of compassionate practitioners and working toward her vision of having a trained massage therapist in every community across North America.

Eryn is passionate about supporting underserved communities, empowering people through education and self-care, and collaborating with others who are dedicated to creating meaningful, positive change in healthcare.

Stephen Hodge has worked as an Environmental Health Officer (EHO) for more than 20 years across four local councils, partnering with State Government and the Department of Health to improve community health outcomes and environmental health standards.

Currently serving as the Public and Environmental Health Coordinator at Yarra Ranges Council, Stephen leads a team of Environmental Health Officers responsible for supporting businesses in maintaining high standards of health, hygiene and regulatory compliance.

His extensive experience has provided a deep understanding of the beauty and personal services industries, ranging from illegal backyard operators through to highly regarded professional clinics. Stephen brings practical insight into infection prevention, hygiene, legislation and compliance, helping practitioners understand their legal obligations while maintaining safe clinical environments.
