North Epping Physiotherapy is a well-established, community-focused allied health clinic in Sydney’s northern suburbs. Due to growing client demand, we are expanding our services and are seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to join our clinic as an independent contractor.
This role suits a therapist looking for a professional clinical setting, consistent referrals, and flexible working arrangements.
About the Role
- Independent contractor arrangement (ABN required)
- Availability on Tuesday and Thursday, with weekend sessions also potentially available, and possibly other days.
- Private treatment room within an established physiotherapy clinic
- Strong internal referrals from physiotherapist
- Opportunity to build a consistent and growing client base
Start date is planned for late February, with interviews held in early to mid February.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain appropriate clinical notes and professional standards
- Communicate effectively with physiotherapists regarding shared clients where relevant
- Manage your own professional requirements including insurance and registrations
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence within the clinic
About You
- Qualified Massage Therapist (Remedial preferred)
- Relevant Australian qualifications and current registration (where applicable)
- Current Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Valid ABN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused
- Experience working in a clinical or allied health environment is highly regarded

Recover to Perform Clinic
Recover to Perform is seeking a motivated massage therapist for a part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week) within our integrated musculoskeletal clinic. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists and Myotherapists, delivering high-quality care focused on recovery, injury management, movement optimisation, and performance outcomes. Our clinic combines hands-on therapy with active rehabilitation and evidence-informed practice to provide a collaborative and supportive environment for both practitioners and clients. Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Myotherapy, Remedial Massage Therapy, Exercise Science, or a related musculoskeletal health discipline
- Current professional association membership and provider status (where applicable)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment planning
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development
- Experience working in an integrated or allied health clinic will be highly regarded
