  • Personalised Advertising Flyer specific for your RTO Clinic to assist you to 'value add' to the Student Clinic client base.  Your RTO will be requested to supply advertising material for your personalised MAA Member Clinic flyer.
  • Opportunity to purchase MAA 'Open House' products when promoted.

          Membership Voting Rights

          Q. Does a Therapist in Training have rights to vote at the AGM?  

          A. No.  Therapists in Training do not have membership voting rights.

          Health Fund Information

          Health Funds do not accept Therapist In Training (students) as Health Fund Providers

          Graduates who enter directly into Therapeutic, Remedial or Myotherapy levels of Membership are not automatically selected for work with all Health Funds.  Individual applications apply. Not all applications are accepted by all Health Funds.

          Graduates who enter directly into Health & Wellbeing Professional level are not eligible to apply for  Health Provider numbers

          Medibank Private

          Medibank has updated its Requirements for Recognised Providers. The particular amendments relate to facilities, privacy, average services and fair and reasonable charges. These requirements are effective from 25 March 2015. It is very important that you familiarize yourself with the amended Requirements for Recognised Providers. We also suggest that you share this information with colleagues, supervisors, managers and owners of workplaces so they are aware of your responsibilities once you graduate.
