12 month GENERAL membership fee $ 160.00 (incl GST) per year
12 month ACCREDITED membership fee $ 210.00 (incl GST) per year
* new General Membership application fee $210.00 (incl GST)
* Therapeutic or Remedial Accreditation certificate fee $100.00 (incl GST)
GENERAL BOARD MEMBERS
The MAA Board of Directors is seeking expressions of interest from current MAA Members in the above recently vacated positions.
Board Members are responsible for attending and participating in monthly board meetings, understanding the policies and proceedures of the MAA and to see the Association is run ethically and legally.
Board Members are chosen because they are passionate about the Association and have the expertise the Association needs to achieve continued success.
New Board Members are eligible to become Executive Members after their first year of tenure.
The Board meet on the 1st Monday of each month - 7.00pm start for duration of approx. 2 hours.
Remuneration for the attendance of monthly board meetings & travel allowance.

Medibank will send a letter to your practice address, advising you of your new provider numbers. Please phone the Medibank Provider Help Desk 1300 654 887 if you require any further information.
BUPA will notify the MAA Office of members provider numbers. MAA will then send an email to you advising you of your new providers numbers. This usually takes 7-10 days.
Provider numbers for all other Health Funds are as per instructions in the "Health Fund Information" which was provided in your Accredited Member pack. Click here to download from our website.
